ARLX018 Hurricane Danny Update

Hurricane Danny is expected to be a low key, mostly rain event.
Coastal flooding and some inland flooding due to heavy rains are
expected over the next few days as the storm is a slow mover.  The
Hurricane Net was activated Friday morning as the band opened and
remains in operation with very light traffic until Danny drops it's
hurricane status (projected to be sometime Friday night).
