This week's bulletin was made possible with info provided by Tedd,
KB8NW, Jean Michel, F6AJA, John, W4VOS, Tom, K8LA, and Contest
Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

ANGOLA, D2.  YO3YX is active from a UN hospital as D2/YO3YX.  Check
21273 kHz between 1700 and 1830z or 14226 kHz around 2030z.  QSL via
YO3YU.  YO9CWY/D2 is a UN related operation and is expected to be
active for several months on all bands.

PHILIPPINES, DU.  Martti, OH2BH, and Olli, OH0XX, will operate
multi-single from the QTH of DU9RG in the CQWW CW contest.

TUNISIA, 3V.  Andy, DJ7IK, Hein, DL2OBF, and Felix, DL8OBC, will be
active in the CQWW CW contest.  They will operate multi-op, single
transmitter from club station 3V8BB in Tunis.  Hopes are to be on
the air one or two days before the contest.  Every QSO will be
confirmed with a QSL card via the bureau.  If you can not wait for
your bureau card, QSL direct to DL2OBF.

MADAGASCAR, 5R.  Ray, 7P8SR, is going to 5R8 after he leaves
Lesotho, though does not expect to be active until April 1996.

KENYA, 5Z.  After his activity in Seychelles as S79JD, F2JD, will be
in Kenya for 10 days in early December.  He hopes to use his
previously issued call, 5Z4JD.  QSL S79JD via F6AJA.

THAILAND, HS8.  HS8SEA will be on the air during the SEANET
Convention at Ko Samui, Thailand, November 17, 18 and 19.  Activity
will be on low bands, especially 3.5 MHz, HF and satellites AO-10,
AO-13 and all RS birds.  Operating modes will include CW, SSB, RTTY,
PACKET and AmTOR.  QSL information TBA over the air.  The South East
Asia Net meets nightly on 14320 kHz at 1200z.

MADEIRA ISLAND, CT3.  Listen for the following stations in the CQWW
CW contest November 25 and 26.  On 160 meters, CR9X.  QSL via DK8WF.
On 80 meters, CT3FN.  QSL via HB9CRV.  On 20 meters, CR9U. QSL via
DL2HYH.  All three will be active before and after the contest
starting around November 16 and ending on the 31st.  Listen for
CT3/DL2HYH, CT3/DF5AN, CT3/DK8WF and CT3/DL4ZBI.

TOBAGO, 9Y.  Bernd, DL1VJ, will operate single op all band in the
CQWW CW contest from Tobago Island, IOTA SA-009.  No call sign has
been mentioned as of press time.

GUYANA, 8R.  Erik, WZ6C, should be signing 8R1ZG soon.  Plans were
to be QRV in mid-November.

EL SALVADOR, YS.  Tom, K8LA, will sign YS1ZTM November 18 to 28.
Activity will be all CW.  He has an R5 for 20-10 meters but will try
to get on 80, 40 and 30 meters.  Tom will also do a low key
operation in the CQWW CW contest.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The phone portion of the ARRL November
Sweepstakes kicks off at 2100z November 18.  For full contest
information see pages 125 and 126 in October QST.
