This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,
Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web
sites.  Thanks to all.

MAURITANIA, 5T.  A group of volunteers that are part of an aid
program are QRV as 5T5JA from Nouakchott until mid November.  Their
activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via JA1BAB.

KUWAIT, 9K.  Operators DL9RCF, DM5TI, DL9NDS and DL5NAM are QRV as
9K2HN until November 17.  Activity is on all HF bands using CW and
SSB.  This includes an entry in the Worked All Europe RTTY contest.
QSL via 9K2HN.

WEST MALAYSIA, 9M2.  Yoshiaki, JA1OCZ will be QRV as 9M4DXX from
Penang Island, IOTA AS-015, on November 8 and 9.  Activity will be
on 80 to 10 meters.  This includes an entry in the Japan
International SSB DX contest.  QSL via 9M2TO.
     
BHUTAN, A5.  Members of the Clipperton DX Club are QRV as A5100A
from Thimphu until November 17 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of
the Kingdom of Bhutan.  In addition, Pradan, A51PN is active as
A51PN/p from three different southern regions.  Activity is on all
HF bands.  QSL via operators' instructions.

EASTER ISLAND, CE0.  Merv, N6NO is QRV as CE0Y/N6NO until November
16.  Activity is on 40 to 12 meters using mainly CW.  He has
permission to temporarily operate on 30 meters as well.  QSL to home
call.

FRANCE, F.  Special event station TM90AA is QRV until November 21 in
celebration of the 90th anniversary of the end of World War One.
Activity is on all bands.  QSL via F4FIU.

GRENADA, J3.  DL7CM and DM2AYO are QRV as J3/homecalls until
November 25.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and
PSK with both stations active simultaneously.  QSL to home calls.

GUAM, KH2.  Operators JA1OZK, JA1CGC, JF1TAB, JH1FUD, JL1LOW, JK1DRM
and 7N1AZY will be QRV as KH2/homecalls from November 8 to 12.  In
addition, Masa, JA1OZK will be active as KH2/K6Y.  Activity is on
all bands using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  QSL to home
calls.

LEBANON, OD.  Jean, ON4JM is QRV as OD5/ON4JM until the end of
December while here with the United Nations.  QSL to home call.

ANTARCTICA.  Joel, ON5XX will be QRV as OP0DL from Patriot Hills
until around December 25 while on work assignment.  QSL to home
call.

GREENLAND, OX.  Nigel, G3TXF is QRV as OX/G3TXF from Kangerlussuaq,
IOTA NA-018, until November 10.  Activity is on all HF bands using
CW.  This includes an entry in the Worked All Europe RTTY contest.

SEYCHELLES, S7.  Tohru, JA0UMV and Iwa, JA0UH will be QRV as S79MV
and S79UH, respectively, from Praslin Island, IOTA AF-024, from
November 9 to 14.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB and RTTY with two stations running simultaneously if there is no
interference.  QSL to home calls.

TURKEY, TA.  Operators TA0U, TA1ST, TA1HZ and TA2RX will be QRV from
November 8 to 12 with special callsign TC70ATA in remembrance of the
70th anniversary of the death of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder
and first President of the Republic of Turkey.  Activity will be
mostly on 40 and 20 meters.  QSL via TA1HZ.

EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA.  Thirteen operators are using special prefix
RU450W until November 9 in celebration of the 450th anniversary of
Udmurtia joining Russia.  QSL via operators' instructions.

BRUNEI, V8.  Ian, G3YBY will be QRV as V8FKT from November 9 to 21.
Activity will be on 40 to 15 meters using mainly SSB and RTTY.  QSL
to home call.

CAMBODIA, XU.  JA3AVO, JH3PBL, JA3ARJ and JA3UJR are QRV as XU7AVO,
XU7PBL, XU7ARJ and XU7UJR, respectively, from Sihanoukville until
November 11.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and
various digital modes.  There may be some satellite activity as
well.  QSL via home calls.

VIETNAM, XV.  Mike, RL3BM is QRV as XV4CC from Phu Quoc Island, IOTA
AS-128, until November 13 while on holiday with his family.
Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Worked All Europe RTTY DX Contest,
Japan International DX Phone Contest, NCCC Sprint, OK/OM DX Contest,
Kentucky QSO Party, CQ-WE Contest and the SKCC Weekend CW
Sprintathon are all scheduled for this weekend.  Please see November
