This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, MM0BQI, PS8DX, WA7BNM, 425DXnews,
QRZ DX, DXNL, The Daily DX and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to
all.

MALAWI, 7Q.  Joe, G3MRC is QRV as 7Q7BP and expects to be here until
early next year.  QSL to home call.

NEPAL, 9N.  Sures, 9N1HA is usually QRV on 10 meters SSB around 0900
and 1400z.  QSL via N5VL.

BAHAMAS, C6.  Members of the Magnolia DX Association will be QRV as
homecalls/C6A from Treasure Cay, Abaco Island, IOTA NA-080, from
October 21 to 28.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB and RTTY.  They will also participate in the CQ WW Phone contest
as C6ARB.  QSL C6ARB via W5UE and all others via home calls.

JUAN FERNANDEZ ISLAND, CE0.  Eliazar, CE0ZIS has been QRV on 10
meters SSB between 1500 and 1930z.

FRANCE, F.  Radio club station TP3CE of the Council of Europe will
participate in the JARTS WW RTTY contest.  QSL via F6FQK.

CHESTERFIELD ISLANDS, FK/C.  Paolo, IZ0EVI and Luca, IZ6DSQ are QRV
as TX0AT from Long Island, IOTA OC-176, until October 22.  Operating
frequencies vary, but they have been active on 20 meters using SSB.
QSL via IZ0CKJ.

SCOTLAND, GM.  Jim, MM0BQI will be QRV for one week from Tanera Mor,
IOTA EU-092, in the Summer Isles beginning October 19.  Activity
will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and some digital modes.  He
may participate in the JARTS WW RTTY, RSGB 21/28 MHz and CQ WW Phone
contests.  QSL to home call.

GALAPAGOS ISLANDS, HC8.  Ramon, XE1KK will be QRV as HC8/XE1KK on HF
and 6 meters and satellite UO-14 from October 20 to 30.  QSL to home
call.

JAPAN, JA.  Takeshi, JI3DST/8 will be QRV from Okushiri Islands,
IOTA AS-147, from October 20 to 23.  Activity will be on 40, 17, 15,
12, 10 and 6 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

MONGOLIA, JT.  Special event station JU840C is active from October
21 to 31 to celebrate the 840th birthday of Genghis Khan, the
founder of the Mongolian Empire.  QSL via operator's instructions.

BRAZIL, PY.  Look for ZW8JB to be QRV during JOTA.  Activity will be
on 80 to 10 meters.  QSL via operators' instructions.

SUDAN, ST.  Look for ST2BBS to be QRV during JOTA.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

BENIN, TY.  Pat, I8QLS, Piero, I8CZW and Gino, I8ULL will be QRV as
TY/homecalls on the low and newer bands, from October 19 to 28.
They will also be QRV in the CQ WW Phone contest.  QSL via I8ACB.

MYANMAR, XZ. Hiroo, JA2EZD is QRV as XY1M from October 20 to
November 5.  QSL via XW2A.

CHATHAM ISLANDS, ZL7.  Members of the Kermadec DX Association are
QRV as ZL7C until October 29.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using
CW and SSB.  QSL via operators' instructions.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Jamboree On The Air (JOTA), The
JARTS WW RTTY Contest, QRP ARCI Fall QSO Party, Worked All Germany
Contest, Asia-Pacific CW Sprint, The RSGB 21/28 MHz CW Contest and
the 40th Anniversary Illinois QSO Party will certainly keep
contesters busy this weekend.  Please see October QST, page 90 and
