This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
DL1FX, IK2PZC, NC1L, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,
DXNL, The Weekly DX, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest
Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

ROTUMA ISLAND, 3D2.  A large group of operators will be QRV as 3D2R
beginning September 27.  They will be active on 160 to 2 meters
using CW, SSB, RTTY, FM, SSTV and PSK.  QSL via YT1AD.

JAMAICA, 6Y.  Dennis, W1UE, is QRV as W1UE/6Y5 until October 4.
Activity is on the low bands using CW, SSB and RTTY as time permits.
He will be active as 6Y6U in the CQ WW RTTY contest as a Single
Op/All Band/High Power entry.  This includes an entry in the
upcoming California QSO Party.  QSL to home call.

CROATIA, 9A.  Operators DO6SR and DO9ST are QRV as 9A/home calls
from Kaptol until September 30.  Activity is on 80, 40, 15, 10 and
possibly 2 meters using SSB and PSK31/63.  They plan to be active as
9A4P in the CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL to home calls.

BOTSWANA, A2.  Sajid, VA3QY will be QRV as A22EW from September 29
to October 18.  QSL to home call.

QATAR, A7.  Abdul, A71CM has been active on 20 meters using CW
around 0130z.  QSL via NI5DX.

TAIWAN, BV.  A group of operators will be QRV as BV100 in the CQ WW
RTTY contest.  QSL via BV2KI.

MOROCCO, CN.  Operators I8LWL, IK7JWX, IZ7ATN, IS0AGY and IK2PZC are
QRV as 5C2L, 5C2J, 5C2SG, 5C2B and 5C2P, respectively, from Herne
Island, IOTA AF-068, until September 29.  They are joined by CN8QX
and CN8QY.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using all modes.  They
will be active as 5C2P in the CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL CN8QY via
I8LWL and all others to home calls.

MAYOTTE, FH.  Phill, F6GNT is QRV as FH8NX until March 1, 2013.
Activity is generally on 20 to 10 meters using SSB.  QSL to home
call.

ST. PIERRE ET MIQUELON, FP.  Martin, G3ZAY will be QRV as FP/G3ZAY
from Miquelon, IOTA NA-032, from September 24 to 29.  QSL to home
call.

SCOTLAND, GM.  A group of operators will be QRV as MM0RAI/p from
Rockall Island, IOTA EU-189, beginning September 28.  Activity will
be on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via ON4ATW.

COLOMBIA, HK.  A group of operators will be QRV as HK1NA in the CQ
WW RTTY contest.  QSL via K6IPM.

DJIBOUTI, J2.  Freddy, J28RO will be QRV in the CQ WW RTTY contest.
QSL via F8DFP.

LUXEMBOURG, LX.  A group of operators are QRV as LX8M until
September 25.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and
various digital modes.  They will also be an entry in the CQ WW RTTY
contest.  QSL via operators' instructions.

MARKET REEF, OJ0.  A large group of operators are QRV as OJ0X until
October 10.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY
with three stations active.  This includes being entries in the CQ
WW RTTY contest and the upcoming SAC SSB contest.  QSL via OH2BH.

DODECANESE, SV5.  Andersen, LA5GY will be QRV as SV5/LA5GY from
Rhodes, from September 25 to October 10.  Activity will be on 40 to
6 meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  QSL to home call.

CRETE, SV9.  Uli, DJ9XB is QRV as SV9/DJ9XB until September 30 using
only RTTY.  He will be active as J49XB in the CQ WW RTTY contest.
QSL both calls to home call.

CORSICA, TK.  Operator DF6ZY is QRV as TK/DF6ZY until October 3.
Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using mostly RTTY.  QSL to home call.

BERMUDA, VP9.  Jamie, WW3S and Ray, ND8L are QRV as VP9/home calls
from Bailey's Bay, IOTA NA-005.  They will be active as VP9I in the
CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL VP9I via N1HRA and to home calls.

VANUATU, YJ.  Ben, DJ0YI and Tom, NQ7R will be QRV as YJ0ABP and
YJ0ANR, respectively, from September 26 to October 14.  QSL to home
calls.
     
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL EME Contest, CQ Worldwide RTTY
DX Contest, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, AGCW VHF/UHF CW Contest, Greek
Telegraphy Club CW Cup, UBA ON 6-meter Contest and the Texas QSO
Party are all on tap for this weekend.  The 222 MHz Fall Sprint is
scheduled for September 27.  The SKCC CW Sprint and CWops Mini-CWT
CW Test are scheduled for September 28.  Please see September QST,
