This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
HA3JB, F5JBE, K5XK, NC1L, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The

WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

TANZANIA, 5H.  Arno, DL1CW is QRV as 5H3AP.  His length of stay is
unknown.  Activity of late has been on 30 and 17 meters using CW and
RTTY.  He will be active from Mafia Island, IOTA AF-054, from
September 22 to October 1.  QSL to home call.

MADAGASCAR, 5R.  A group of operators are QRV from Sainte Marie
Island, IOTA AF-090, as 5R8GM using SSB, 5R8JM using CW, 5R8IM using
RTTY, SSTV, PSK31 and JT65 and 5R8EM running 2 meter EME,
respectively, until September 27.  Activity is on 160 to 2 meters.
QSL all calls via F1BCS.

KENYA, 5Z.  Valery, RW1AU is QRV as 5Z4/RW1AU from Nairobi.  His
length of stay is unknown.  Lately he has been active using SSB on
20 meters.  QSL via K5XK.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Mark, M0DXR and Gemma, 2E0WPX will be QRV as 8Q7XR
from September 22 to October 5.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters
using CW and SSB.  QSL via M0DXR.

MALTA, 9H.  Naoyuki, JK1FNL is QRV as either 9H3F or 9H3FF until
September 24.  Activity is on 40, 30 and 20 meters using CW, SSB and
RTTY.  QSL to home call.

BOTSWANA, A2.   Sigi, DL7DF, Manfred, DK1BT, Wolfgang, DL4WK, Andy,
DL5CW, Frank, DL7UFR and Leszek, SP3DOI will be QRV as A25/DL7DF
from September 23 to October 6.  Activity will be on 160 to 10
meters, with two stations, using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31.  QSL
via DL7DF.

MOROCCO, CN.  Gab, HA3JB will be QRV as CN2IPA from September 21 to
October 5.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW, RTTY, SSTV,
PSK and some SSB.  This includes an entry in the upcoming CQ WW RTTY
contest.  QSL to home call.

MOLDOVA, ER.  Special event station ER600B is QRV until October 8 to
celebrate the 600th anniversary of the city of Bendery.  QSL direct
via RW6HS.

MARTINIQUE, FM.  Freddy, F5IRO is QRV as FM/homecall until February
2009.  Activity is on 40, 30 and 20 meters using CW, SSB and various
digital modes in his spare time and on weekends after 2200z.  QSL to
home call.
 
ITALY, I.  Mediterraneo DX Club operators are QRV as IQ8MD/p from
Dino Island, IOTA EU-144, until September 21.  Activity is on 80 to
10 meters using SSB, RTTY and some CW.  QSL direct via IZ8BGY.

SVALBARD, JW.  Operators LA7WCA, LA8BCA and LB9UE are QRV as JW7WCA,
JW8BCA and JW/LB9UE, respectively, until September 26.  Activity is
on 160 to 10 meters using SSB and some CW.  QSL JW7WCA via LA7WCA
and all others via operators' instructions.

MARKET REEF, OJ0.  Pertti, OH2PM, Ilmo, OH2BO, Henry, OH3JR and
Lars, OH0RJ are QRV as OJ0B until September 29.  Activity is on 160
to 10 meters with two stations.  This includes entries in both SAC
contests.  QSL via OH2BH.

PALAU, T8.  Naito, JF2IWW is QRV as T88IW from Koror Island, IOTA
OC-009, until September 28.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW
and SSB.  He will also be active on various satellites.  QSL to home
call.

COTE d'IVOIRE, TU.  Tom, DB1DT is QRV as TU/DB1DT until September
28.  QSL to home call.

BENIN, TY.  Sam, F6AML is QRV as TY6A until September 24 and is
active on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

HONG KONG, VR.  Vincent, F4BKV is QRV as VR2/homecall until
September 2009.  He is active using mostly PSK31 with some SSB on
various HF bands.  QSL via operator's instructions.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL EME Contest, ARRL 10 GHz and Up
Contest, YLRL Howdy Days, NCCC Sprint, Colorado QSO Party, SARL
VHF/UHF Contest, Scandinavian Activity CW Contest, CIS DX RTTY
Contest, SEDXC 50th Anniversary Contest, South Carolina QSO Party,
SRT HF Contest SSB, QRP Afield, Washington State Salmon Run, The
QCWA Fall QSO Party and Feld Hell Sprint will certainly keep
contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW
Contest and 144 MHz Fall Sprint are scheduled for September 22.  The
SKCC CW Sprint and RSGB 80-Meter Club CW Sprint are scheduled for
