This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, 9Q.  Vlad, OK2WX is QRV as 9Q2WX until
September 9.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and
various modes.  QSL via IZ8CCW.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Harald, DF2WO will be QRV as D44TWO from Sao Tiago,
IOTA AF-005, from September 2 to 17.  Activity will be on the HF
bands and 6 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8, and on Satellite QO-100.

NORTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Operators AA7JV, HA5YD, HA7RY and KN4EEI
are QRV as E51D from Penrhyn Atoll until September 10.  Activity is
on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8.  QSL via HA7RY.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Marc, DL1BU will be QRV as EA8/DL1BU from Gran
Canaria, IOTA AF-004, from September 3 to 17.  Activity will be
holiday style on the HF bands.  QSL to home call.

MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Uli, DL2AH is QRV as KH0/DL2AH from Rota
Island, IOTA OC-024, until September 14.  Activity is on 80 to 6
meters using SSB and FT8.  QSL direct to home call.

BELGIUM, ON.  Special event station OO35ATH is QRV during the month
of September to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Radio Club de
Ath.  QSL via operators' instructions.

DENMARK, OZ.  Mike, DG5LAC is QRV as OZ/DG5LAC from Romo Island,
IOTA EU-125, until September 13.  Activity is on the HF bands using
FT8, FT4, and some SSB.  QSL via LoTW.

CURACAO, PJ2.  Jeff, K8ND is QRV as PJ2ND from Signal Point until
mid-October.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  He
may be active as PJ2T in upcoming contests.  QSL PJ2ND via K8ND and
PJ2T via KU9C.
                  
BRAZIL, PY.  Members of the Liga de Amadores Brasileiros de Radio
Emissao will be QRV with special event call sign ZV201ID from
September 3 to 9 to mark the 201st anniversary of the independence
of Brazil.  QSL via LoTW.

CRETE, SV9.  John, SV9CJO is QRV as special event station SV9/J43ND
during all of September representing a social action against drugs.

EAST KIRIBATI, T32.  Ken, KH6QJ is QRV as T32AZ from Kiritimati,
IOTA OC-024, until October 17.  QSL to home call.

COSTA RICA, TI.  Members of The Radio Club of Costa Rica are QRV
with special call sign TI0RC during September to celebrates the
club's 70th anniversary.  QSL via LoTW.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  Bob, N7XR plans to be QRV as V73XR from
Kwajalein, IOTA OC-028, beginning in September and active for three
months.  QSL via Club Log.

AUSTRALIA, VK.  A large group of operators are QRV with special call
sign VI7ALARA until November 8 to mark the Australian Ladies Amateur
Radio Association's meeting in Hobart.  Activity is on the HF bands.

PITCAIRN ISLAND, VP6.  Meralda, VP6MW is generally active on 17, 15,
12, and 10 meters using FT8 between 2130 and 2300z.  QSL via W0VTT.

Contest, Mini-Test 40 CW, Mini-Test 80 CW and the UKEICC 80-Meter
Contest are all on tap for September 4 to 6.
