This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
F5MJV, NC1L, TA3J, the OPDX Bulletin, The Daily DX, QRZ DX,
425DXnews, DXNL, WA7BNM and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

SAMOA, 5W.  5W0DL has been QRV using PSK31 on 20 meters between 0400
and 1200z.  Also, 5W0TR has been QRV on 30 meters after 0830z.  QSL
both calls via K8AA.
               
DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, 9Q.  Cyprien, 9Q1KS has been QRV on 15
meters SSB around 1600z.  QSL via operator's instructions.

JUAN FERNANDEZ ISLANDS, CE0.  Eliazar, CE0ZIS has been QRV on 12 and
10 meters around 2030 and 2100z.

MOROCCO, CN.  Andre, HB9HLM is QRV as CN2DX until August 8.
Activity is on 6 and 2 meters, possibly from grid square IM63 and
others.  QSL to home call.

MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3.  A number of operators are QRV as CT9P from
Madeira until July 19.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL via operators' instructions.

IRELAND, EI.  Members of the Bristol Contest Group and East Cork
Radio Group will be QRV as EJ2MT from Bere Island, IOTA EU-121, from
July 21 to 27.  This includes an entry in the upcoming IOTA contest.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO.  Vincent, F5MJV is QRV as FO5RN/p from Tahiti,
IOTA OC-046, until September.  QSL via operator's instructions.

HUNGARY, HA.  Berkin, TA3J will be QRV as HA/TA3J from various
locations from July 18 to 21.  Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters,
including the newer bands, using SSB and FM.  QSL to home call.

JAPAN, JA.  Seiji, JH6RTO is QRV as JH6RTO/6 from Miyako Island,
IOTA AS-079, until July 20.  Activity is on 40 to 6 meters, using CW
and SSB.  QSL via bureau.
           
LUXEMBOURG, LX.  Alan, LX/F5LMJ/p will be QRV from July 17 to 31.
Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and digital modes.  QSL
to home call.

AUSTRIA, OE.  Berkin, TA3J will be QRV as OE/TA3J from various
locations from July 21 to 23.  Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters,
including the newer bands, using SSB and FM.  QSL to home call.

BRAZIL, PY.  Amateurs PQ8KGB, PQ8VA and PT7BI will be QRV as ZX8M
from Maraca Island, IOTA SA-045, from July 21 to 25.  Activity will
be on all bands using CW, SSB and possibly RTTY.  QSL via PT7BI.
           
SWEDEN, SM.  Look for special event station SI9AM to be active from
July 17 to 19 from a location near the King Chulalongkorn Memorial
in Utanede.  QSL via SM3CVM.

GREECE, SV.  In celebration of the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, a
group of Greek amateurs are active as SY2004KF until September 15,
from Kefallonia Island, IOTA EU-052, in the Ionian Sea.  Activity is
on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands and possibly 6
meters, using mostly CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL via operators'
instructions.

EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA.  Members of the RZ3DYG club will be QRV as
UE3FWM/1 from Moshnyi Island, IOTA EU-133, in the Baltic Sea from
July 19 to 28.  They will also participate in the upcoming IOTA
contest.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CAMBODIA, XU.  Claude, XU7ABN has been QRV on 20 and 15 meters using
RTTY between 1830 to 2230z, and then after 1000z, respectively.  QSL
via operator's instructions.

INDONESIA, YB.  Dudy, YB0DPO and others will be QRV from Peucang
Island, IOTA OC-237, near Ujung Kulon Banten Province from July 21
to 25.  This includes an entry in the upcoming IOTA Contest.  QSL
via YB1TC.

The following operations are approved for DXCC credit: YA7X, from
March 1 through April 30, 2004; HZ1AN and HZ1IZ, all operations;
3DXQZ, from April 20 to 30, 2004; YI9MC, current operation
effective March 23, 2004; and 5V7AD, from June 12 to June 22, 2004.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The World Wide Mid-Summer Six Club
Contest, VK/Trans-Tasman 160 Meter Contest, North American RTTY QSO
Party, CQ Worldwide VHF Contest, RSGB Low Power CW Field Day and the
CQC Great Colorado Gold Rush will certainly keep contesters busy
