This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,
Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web
sites.  Thanks to all.

KENYA, 5Z.  Enrico, 5Z4ES is usually active on 20 meters using SSB
between 1900 and 2100z.  QSL via K3IRV.

ZAMBIA, 9J.  Ryuji, 9J2QQV has been active using RTTY on 20 meters
around 1830z.  QSL direct.

OMAN, A4.  Alex, A45WD is usually QRV on 30 meters between 2000 and
2300z.  QSL via YO9HP.
               
BHUTAN, A5.  Torben, OZ1TL will be QRV as A52TL in addition to
attending some of the inauguration ceremonies of the new King of
Bhutan.  Activity will be on most bands using mainly CW.  His length
of stay is unknown.  QSL to home call.

CHINA, BY.  Members of the Jiangsu DX Club are QRV as BY4RSA/4 from
Kaishan Island until May 2.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW
and SSB.  QSL via BA4TB.

GERMANY, DA.  Special event station DM152ZYA is QRV until the end of
2008 in celebration of the 50 years of the German four engine plane
152.  Activity is on 80 to 2 meters, including 70 cm, using CW, SSB
and various digital modes.  QSL via DJ7AL.

SPAIN, EA.  Members of the Demons DX Group are QRV as EE1TR from the
Tazones Lighthouse until May 4.  They have three stations active
simultaneously using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via EA1YG.

SCOTLAND, GM.  A group of operators from Glasgow will be QRV from a
few islands in the Firth of Clyde as MS0EPC and MS0DGR using PSK,
and all other modes, respectively, from May 3 to 4.  QSL both calls
via MM0DFV.

JAPAN, JA.  Special event station 8J50JARL is QRV until May 25 in
celebration of the 50th JARL annual meeting in Kochi.  Activity is
on all bands using CW, SSB, FM and AM.  QSL via bureau.

OGASAWARA, JD1.  Koji, JI1LET is QRV as JI1LET/JD1 from Chichijima
Island, IOTA AS-031, until May 5.  Activity is on 40 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

BULGARIA, LZ.  Special event station LZ08KM is QRV until the end of
May in remembrance of Saints Cyril and Methodius, the two brothers
who created the Cyrillic alphabet.  Activity is on all bands and
modes.  QSL via LZ1PJ.

PERU, OA.  Daniel, DL5YWM, Rene, DL2JRM and Jens, DL3ALF are QRV as
OA4/homecalls until May 12.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using
CW and SSB in their spare time.  QSL to home calls.

BANGLADESH, S2.  Tutul, S21RC has been active on 20 meters using SSB
between 1300 and 1430z.

SWEDEN, SM.  Jan, PA0IJM will be QRV from the King Chulalongkorn
Memorial Amateur Radio Society using special event callsign SI9AM
from May 5 to 15.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW and
SSB.  QSL via SM3CVM.

MOUNT ATHOS, SV/A.  Monk Apollo, SV2ASP/A has been QRV on 160 meters
around 1800z and on 80 meters around 1930z.  QSL direct.

CORSICA, TK.  A group of operators will be QRV as TK7C from May 3 to
10.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and various
digital modes with three stations active simultaneously.  QSL via
F9IE.

BRUNEI, V8.  Ambran, V85SS has been active on 20 meters between 1330
and 1400z.

PRINCE EDWARD AND MARION ISLAND, ZS8.  Petrus, ZS6GCM will be QRV as
ZS8T from Marion Island, IOTA AS-021, until the end of March 2009.
QSL via LZ3HI.

OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is
approved for DXCC credit:  Afghanistan, YA/LY1Y, operations in 2006
and 2007.
 
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The New England QSO Party, NCCC Sprint
CW Ladder, MARAC QSO Party, 10-10 International Spring CW Contest,
10-10 International Spring Digital Contest, Microwave Spring Sprint,
7th Call Area QSO Party, Portuguese Navy Day Contest, Indiana QSO
Party and the ARI International DX Contest are all scheduled for
