This week's bulletin was made possible with info provided by Tedd,
KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, The 599Rpt, Toshi, JA1ELY, 425dxnews, FMRE
and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

SCARBOROUGH REEF, BS7.  The 1997 BS7H DXpedition to Huang Yan Dao,
Scarborough Reef, is expected to begin on April 30 and last for 7
days.  Look for activity on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer
bands.  CW and SSB activity on 6 meters, and RTTY activity on 20 and
15 meters, is expected.  Some activity on the Russian RS satellites
is also expected.  JA stations QSL via JA1BK.  All others QSL via
W4FRU.

MAURITIUS, 3B8.  Fred, F6DBZ, will be QRV from here as 3B8/F6DBZ
using CW and SSB, from April 26 to May 21.  QSL to home call.

GUYANA, 8R.  Yuki, JH1NBN, will be QRV as 8R1ZB from April 25 to 29.
Activity will include CW, SSB and RTTY with operations on 14 to 10
meters.  QSL to home call.

SPAIN, EA.  Club station EA2URD will sign EG97CMC until October 12
to celebrate the 1997 World Cycling Championship in San Sebastian.
Activity will be on all bands and modes.  QSL to EA2URD.

SWITZERLAND, HB.  Special Event Station HB4FG will be QRV April 26
and 27 in celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Firemen of
Cavergno.  Look for CW and SSB operations on 80, 40 and 20 meters.
QSL via bureau.

BULGARIA, LZ.  In commemoration of the 2nd IARU High Speed
Telegraphy Championship taking place in Sofia, Special Event Station
LZ0HST will be active until October 30.  QSL via bureau.

SUDAN, ST.  Sid, ST2SA, has been active from here.  Look for him to
be QRV on Saturdays and Sundays between 2000 and 2400z on 20 meters.
QSL via CBA.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  Tada, JA1WPX, will be QRV from here as V73WP
from April 25 to 26, and again from May 5 and 6.  He expects to be
on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands.  QSL to home call.

WESTERN KIRIBATI, T30.  Between his Marshall Islands operations,
Tada, JA1WPX, will operate from here as T30WP from April 27 to May
5.  He will be QRV on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands.
QSL to home call.

MEXICO, XE.  XE1GTD and group are going to put Alacranes Island on
the air.  A multiband and multimode operation is scheduled for April
25 to 27.  An XF1 call sign is expected to be issued.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The DX/NA YL Phone Contest, Hevetia
Contest, Nebraska QSO Party, Ontario Party and QRP to the Field will
fill your contest weekend.  The ARRL VHF/UHF Spring Sprint for 432
MHz, is scheduled for April 30.  Please see April QST, pages 98 and
99 for details.
