The Chinese Radio Sports Association, CRSA, and the South China DX
Team, SCSDX, have announced plans for a second DXpedition to Huang
Yan Dao, aka Scarborough Reef, IOTA AS-116.  A multi-national team,
led by BZ1HAM, will set sail for Huang Yan Dao on Tuesday, April 11,
and is expected to commence operations under the call BS7H no later
than April 13.  The operator list includes BZ1HAM, BZ1OK, KC6KOU,
KJ4VH OH0XX and OH2BH.
 
Two amplifier equipped stations using vertical antennas will be on
24 hours a day for 3 days.  On CW try 3505, 7005, 14025 and 21025
kHz.  For SSB listen on 3785, 7045, 14195, 21295 kHz.  QSL via
