This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, XE1IH, 425DXnews, DXNL, QRZ DX, The
Daily DX, WA7BNM and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

EAST MALAYSIA, 9M6.  Hiroshi, 7M2VPR is QRV as 9M6VPR until March
17.  Activity is on 20 to 6 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home
call.

ANDORRA, C3.  Peter, C31LJ has been QRV using RTTY on 20 meters
around 1500z.  QSL via VE3GEJ.

BALEARIC ISLANDS, EA6.  Christian, DL6KAC is QRV as EA6/DL6KAC from
Mallorca, IOTA EU-004, until April 10.  Activity is mainly SSB with
some RTTY or PSK31.  QSL to home call.

TURKMENISTAN, EZ.  Elena, EZ8YL has been QRV using SSTV.  QSL via
DJ1MM.

SAINT MARTIN, FS.  Nigel, G3TXF is QRV as FS/G3TXF/p from
Tintamarre, IOTA NA-199, until March 18.  Activity is normally
during 1400 to 2200z on 20, 17, 15 and 12 meters CW only.  QSL to
home call.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Pascal, F5RZJ will be QRV as HB0/F5RZJ/p March
15 and 16.  He will be active using CW and SSB on 80 to 10 meters.

DJIBOUTI, J2.  Karsten, DL2LAH will be QRV as J20LA and will be here
until June.  QSL to home call.

FRANZ JOSEF LAND, R1FJ.  Valery, RD3AF, Victor, UA3AKO and Valery,
RX3DU are QRV as R1FJ until March 19.  Activity is on 160 to 10
meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  They will participate in the Russian
DX contest.  QSL via DL6ZFG.

SUDAN, ST.  Claudio, IV3OWC will be QRV as ST2CF from March 16 to
31.  This includes an entry in the CQ WPX contest.  QSL to home
call.

CRETE, SV9.  Dick, G3URA will be QRV as SV9/G3URA during the BARTG
RTTY Spring contest.  QSL to home call.

PALAU, T8.  Seiji, JH6RTO is active as T88PS.  Activity is on 80 to
6 meters using SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

MEXICO, XE.  Look for a number of operators to be QRV as XF2IH from
the Isla De Enmedio.  This is a new IOTA, but not as yet classified.
Activity will be from March 20 to 27, on 160 to 6 meters, including
the newer bands, using CW and SSB.  There may also be some RTTY and
Satellite activity.  QSL via XE1IH.

LAOS, XW.  Son, XW1N has been QRV on 15 meters SSB between 1400 and
1600z.  QSL via HS6NDK.

NORTH COOKS ISLANDS, ZK1.  Nik, HB9EAA is QRV as ZK1EAA from
Penrhyn, IOTA OC-082, until March 15.  QSL to home call.

SOUTH COOKS ISLANDS, ZK1.  After his North Cook Islands operation,
Nik, HB9EAA will be QRV as ZK1EAA from Aitutaki, IOTA OC-083, until
March 22.  QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The BARTG Spring RTTY Contest, Russian
DX Contest, Virginia and Montana QSO Parties, YLISSB SSB QSO, SARL
VHF/UHF Contest and the AGCW VHF/UHF Contest are all scheduled for
