This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Bob, WB2CJL, Tedd, KB8NW, Joan, C31US, Denis, WD4KXB, and John,
KK9A.  Thanks to all.
 
BHUTAN.  Yasuo, JH1AJT, one of the A51/JH1AJT crew, hopes to return
sometime this summer.  He left all the rigs, antennas and amps in
Bhutan.
 
CONGO.  DL1YFF is operating as TN1M and should remain active for
another 3 or 4 weeks.  Check 14239 kHz around 2115z.
 
MADAGASCAR.  DL5UF, DK1CE and DF5WA will be active February 25 to
March 10 on CW, SSB and RTTY, 160 through 10 meters.
 
CAMBODIA.  Sanyi, XU7VK, has received a special call sign, XU95HA,
which he can use for special events, such as contests, and any
special Cambodian or Hungarian celebration.  QSL via HA0HW.
 
LAOS.  XW2A and XW1BOD have been active on 20 and 40 meter CW.  20
meter action is usually between 2300 and 0100z.  Try between 1430
and 1700z and again between 2100 and 2230z for 40 meters.  QSL
XW1BOD via JA2BOD.  QSL XW2A via JA2EZD.
 
WESTERN SAHARA.  Tim, KC0PA, has been very active as KC0PA/S0,
especially on 12 and 17 meters.  Check 18126 kHz between 1645 and
1800z and 24950 kHz between 1415 and 1645z.  Also check 3780 kHz
around 2350z.  QSL via Timothy Hardy, 137 Kelli Circle, Byron, GA
31008.  No documentation for this operation has been received by the
DXCC Desk, and the licensing authority in the past has issued only
complete call signs.
 
SOUTH SHETLAND.  DL7VTS continues to be active as DP1KGI from Ardley
Island.  He has been on 20 meter CW, SSB and RTTY, usually between
2300 and 0300z.  Check out 7050/7185 kHz for his SSB on 40 meters at
0345z.  QSL via DD6UAB.
 
ZAMBIA.  Brian, 9J2BO is on the air daily on 1825 kHz CW around
0400z.  He also operates 10 and 15 meter CW between 1330 and 1545z.
George, 9J2GA has been on 1847 kHz SSB between 0345 and 0415z, and
also 80 meter SSB between 0415 and 0445z.
 
BOTSWANA.  Dave, A22MN, will be on 160 meters at 0330z daily for the
next week or two.  He normally transmits on 1827 kHz and listens up
5.  Dave will leave Botswana in mid-March.  QSL via WA8JOC.
 
GUATEMALA.  Scott, KA9FOX, will be operating ''field day'' style from
atop a 6,000 foot mountain as either TG0AA or TG0DX.  During the
first week of March he will operate from TG9AJR as TG/KA9FOX.
 
MONTSERRAT.  Members of the Woodridge Wireless group will be
operating VP2MFM March 1 to 6, including the ARRL SSB DX contest.
Outside of contest hours, Denis, WD4KXB, will operate RTTY.  Other
operators may be on 160 through 6 meters.  QSL via WD4KXB.
 
John, KK9A, will be on the air as VP2MFP from February 28 through
March 6.  He plans an 80 meter single band operation during the
contest.  QSL via WD9DZV.
 
ANDORRA.  Prefix hunters note that during March the prefix C37 will
be used by members of URA with C31 prefixes.
