This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily DX, Contest
Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.

UNITED NATIONS HQ, 4U_UN.  Operators LA5IIA, N2GA and N2UN will be
QRV as 4U1UN in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/Op entry.  QSL via
HB9BOU.

OMAN, A4.  Chris, A45XR has permission to operate on 30 meters and
has been active at various times.  QSL direct.

EASTER ISLAND, CE0.  Ralph, K0HML is QRV as CE0Y/K0HML until
February 20.  He is active in his spare time on 80 and 20 meters.
QSL to home call.
 
CUBA, CO.  Juan, CO8TW will be QRV in the ARRL DX CW contest as a
Single-Op/Single-Band/Low-Power entry on 20 meters.  QSL via HB9SVT.

ST. BARTHELEMY, FJ.  Look for SP3IPB, SQ3WN, SP6IXF and SP7VC to be
QRV as FJ/homecalls from February 17 to 26.  Activity is on 40 to 10
meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home calls.

KERGUELEN ISLANDS, FT5X.  Gildas, TU5KG plans to be QRV as FT5XR
from Port-aux-Francais on February 15 and 16 while his boat is
refueled.

SCOTLAND, GM.  GM4YXI and GM3WOJ will be QRV as GM7V in the ARRL DX
CW contest as a Multi/2 entry.  QSL via M0CMK.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Operators DJ2MX, DJ4MZ, DJ5MW, DK4YJ and DK9TN
are QRV as HB0/homecalls until February 18.  They will sign HB0/N0MX
in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/2 entry.  QSL contest call via
DJ2MX and all others to home calls.

ITALY, I.  Operators IK4VET, IK4XCL, IZ4EFN and possibly others will
be QRV as IO4T in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/Single entry.
QSL direct via IZ4JMA.

MINAMI TORISHIMA, JD1.  Masa, JA6GXK is QRV as JD1BMM until February
19.  He is active in his spare time on the HF bands.  QSL via
JD1BMM.

OGASAWARA ISLAND, JD1.  Operators JI5RPT, JE1EKS and JM1WBB are QRV
as JD1BLY, JD1BMO and JD1BMP, respectively, from Chichijima Island,
IOTA AS-031, until February 28.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB and various digital modes, including EME on 2 meters
and various satellites.  QSL to home calls.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, KP2.  K3CT and K3TEJ will be QRV as KP2M in the
ARRL DX CW contest.  Outside the contest they are active as
KP2/homecalls until February 20.  QSL KP2M via AI4U and all others
to home calls.  In addition, Yuri, N2TTA is QRV as NP2/N2TTA until
February 19.  Activity is on all bands using CW and SSB.  This
includes an entry in the ARRL DX CW contest as NP2S as a
Single-Op/All-Band entry.  QSL both calls via W3HNK.

LUXEMBURG. LX.  DJ9IE, DL1EFD, DL2OBF and possibly others will be
QRV as LX7I in the ARRL DX CW contest as either a Multi/2 or
Multi/Single entry.  QSL via LX2A.

ARGENTINA, LU.  Dario, LU3DR is QRV as AY0DX until December 31 in
commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the ''San Jose'' school in
Tandil.  QSL via LU3DR.
     
BONAIRE, CURACAO, PJ2.  Operators W9RE, N5OT, W4OC and N4GG are QRV
as PJ4/homecalls until February 20.  Activity is on all HF bands.
This includes an entry in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/2 entry.
QSL to home calls.

BANGLADESH, S2.  Hugo, LA5YJ is QRV as S21XF until the end of March.
Activity is on 30, 20, 17 and 15 meters using mainly CW.  QSL to
home call.

MICRONESIA. V6.  Operators K5ZM, K8AQM and KG8CO are QRV as V63ZM,
V63TR and V63OC, respectively, until February 25.  Activity is on
all bands.  QSL all calls via K5ZM.

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V.  Steve, AK0M and Sandy, KC0RD are QRV
as VP2V/homecalls until February 18.  Activity is on 40 to 6 meters
using mostly SSB with some CW.  This includes an entry in the ARRL
DX CW contest as VP2VES.  QSL all calls via AK0M.

DUCIE ISLAND, VP6.  A group of operators are QRV as VP6DX until the
end of February.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and
RTTY with 7 stations active simultaneously 24 hours a day.  QSL
direct to DL6LAU.

CAMBODIA. XU.  John, 9M6XRO will be QRV as XU7XRO from Sihanoukville
from February 20 to 26.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW,
SSB and various digital modes.  This includes a possible entry in
the upcoming CQ WW 160-Meter DX contest.  QSL via M5AAV.

NIUE, ZK2.  Joe is QRV as ZK2CC and has been active on 20 meters
using SSB around 0100z.  QSL via DL4RDJ.
               
OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC credit: Willis Island, VK9WWI, 2007 operation;
Iraq, YI9PT, current operation; Palestine, E4/OM2DX, 2007 operation;
and Guinea-Bissau, J5C, 2008 operation.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL International DX CW Contest,
NCCC CW Sprint and Feld Hell Sprint are all scheduled for this
weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest is scheduled for
February 18.  The AGCW Semi-Automatic Key CW Evening is scheduled
