This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, The OPDX Bulletin, The Daily DX, 425DXnews, The 599Rpt,
DXNL, the ARRL web contest calendar and Contest Corral from QST.

MALTA, 9H.  Karl, DL4FP, will be QRV as 9H3DLH from February 15 to
18.  QSL to home call.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  8Q7BZ and 8Q7MZ are QRV from Kuredu Island and
Velavaru Island until February 21.  Activity is on all HF bands,
including the newer bands and 6 meters, using SSB, SSTV and PSK31.
QSL both calls via OE1PYA.

PAKISTAN, AP.  Robert, S53R, will be active from club station AP2ARS
using CW.  Activity is on 40 meters and up, including the newer
bands, mostly during the weekends due to his work commitments.  QSL
to home call.

BAHAMAS, C6.  Look for K3TEJ to operate as C6AKW from Abaco Island,
IOTA NA-080, from February 14 to 21.  Activity will be mainly on 160
to 10 meters using mostly CW, with an effort in the ARRL DX CW
Contest also.  QSL to home call.

SAN FELIX AND SAN AMBROSIO, CE0.  Look for CE0XT to be QRV from
February 12 to 20.  Activity is also expected in the ARRL DX CW
Contest.  QSL via operator's instructions.

PORTUGAL, CT.  Cupido, CT1BNW, will be QRV in the WPX RTTY Contest
with the special call CQ2CE.  QSL to home call.

GERMANY, DA.  Andreas, DL5CW, will sign DL5CW/p from Ummanz Island,
IOTA EU-057, from February 10 to 16th.  Activity will be on all HF
bands using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

TAJIKISTAN, EY.  EY8/RX3QY has been QRV on 20 meters CW from 0200 to
0300z.  QSL via RA3OO.

GUADELOUPE, FG.  Ekki, DF4OR, is QRV as FG/DF4OR until February 17.
Activity includes CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV, Pactor and Amtor.  He will
also be an entry in the WPX RTTY Contest.  QSL to home call.
             
ST. PETER AND ST. PAUL ROCKS, PY0S.  DXpedition team members are QRV
as PW0S.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters, using CW, SSB and RTTY.
QSL via KU9C.

SAO TOME, S9.  Tom, S92TX, is mainly active on 20, 15 and 10 meters
using SSB.  He expects to be on 6 meters soon.  Tom is on assignment
for the Voice of America and will be here for two years.  QSL via
W7KNT.

POLAND, SP.  Uwe, DL3BQA, will be active using mainly SSB as SO0DIG
from Karsibor Island, IOTA EU-132, from February 10 to 18.  QSL to
home call.

ANTIGUA, V2.  Ed, N2ED, will be active as V26EW from February 13 to
20.  This includes an entry in the ARRL DX CW Contest as V26G.  QSL
both calls to home call.

NORFOLK ISLAND, VK9N.  Nick, VK2ICK, and Bill, K6KM, are QRV as
VK9LX/9 and VK9NOO, respectively.  QSL to home calls.

MACEDONIA, Z3.  Zoki, Z31GB, is signing Z33F.  He is active on all
bands and modes, including the newer bands.  QSL via NN6C.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The North American CW Sprint, The YL-OM
Phone Contest, Winter Fireside SSB Sprint, CQ WorldWide RTTY WPX
contest, PACC Contest and the FISTS CW Winter Sprint are all
scheduled for this weekend.  The School Club Roundup and the Novice
Round-Up are scheduled for February 12 to 16, and February 12 and
