This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, 425DXnews, The Daily DX and Contest
Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

AZERBAIJAN, 4J.  Stations in Azerbaijan may replace their regular
prefixes with the prefixes 4KA and 4JA until December 31.  To
celebrate the country's 80 years of independence, look for the Radio
Club Baku to be QRV as 4K80ADR.  QSL via operator's instructions.

BARBADOS, 8P.  G3RFX will be QRV until February 16 as 8P9FX from
Christ Church.  He is using CW and SSB on 40 and 20 meters, with
some 17 and 15 meter activity as well.  QSL to home call.

SPRATLY ISLANDS.  Members of the Chiltern DX Club and The UK DX
Foundation plan will be QRV as 9M0C from Layang-Layang from February
12 to 24.  Operations are expected on 160 to 10 meters, including
the possibility of 2 meters.  QSL via G3SWH.

NEPAL, 9N.  Vladimir, RU6FP, is QRV as 9N1FP for the next 4 months.
His activity is permitted on 40 and 20 meters using CW.  Check 14002
kHz around 1230z and 7005 kHz between 1200 and 1330z.  QSL to home
call.

MOZAMBIQUE, C9.  Franco, I4LCK, will be QRV beginning February 7 as
C91LCK.  QSL to home call.

IRAN, EP.  Rino, EP3GI, is QRV on 40 and 20 meters using SSB until
May.  QSL via EA5XV.

GUAM, KH2.  Dave, N2NL, is active as N2NL/KH2.  For the next few
weeks, he will concentrate his operations on 80 and 40 meters.  QSL
via W2YC.

GREECE, SV.  The Radio DX Group of Thrace will operate Special Event
Station J47XCF until February 28 during the Xanthi Carnival Festival
1998.  Operations are on all bands and modes.  QSL via operator's
instructions.

WESTERN KIRIBATI, T30.  Jack, VK2GJH, will be QRV as T30JH from
Tawara until February 24, operating mostly on 6 meters.  QSL to home
call.

CHAD, TT.  Eric, F5JKK, is QRV as TT8JE, and has been active on 40,
20 and 17 meters.  He expects to be here until March.  QSL via
F6FNU.  Also, John, TT8JFC, was QRV on 20 meters using RTTY between
2330 and 0030z.  QSL via WA4ZJB.

QSL MANAGER CORRECTIONS.  The correct QSL Manager for V73AT is K2CL.
The correct QSL Manager for 4Z4DX is WA4WTG.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The Delaware QSO Party, FYBO Winter QRP
Field Day, Kansas City QSO party, North American CW Sprint, Ten Ten
International Net Winter Phone QSO Party and Vermont QSO Party will
certainly keep contesters busy this weekend.  Please see February
