This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

RWANDA, 9X.  Carl, SM6CPY plans to be QRV as 9X0PY from January 15
to 31.  Activity will be holiday style using mainly CW on the HF
bands.  QSL to home call.

BAHAMAS, C6.  Rick, K6VVA is QRV as C6AVA from Bimini Island, IOTA
NA-0148, until January 14.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW.
This includes a possible entry in the North American CQ QSO Party.

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA.  Special event station DB100AWPB is
QRV to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the "Ausbesserungswerk
Paderborn" of the German Railway.  QSL via DO6NIK.

MINAMI TORISHIMA, JD1.  Take, JG8NQJ will be QRV as JG8NQJ/JD1
beginning January 15 until the middle of April while on work
assignment.  Activity will be in his spare time.  QSL to home call.

PUERTO RICO, KP4.  Members of the Caribbean Amateur Radio Group are
QRV using special call N4D until January 25 on the occasion of the
ARRL Puerto Rico State Convention which occurs the end of the month.

AUSTRIA, OE.  Austrian stations have the option of using the special
prefix OE2013 from January 15 to February 18 to commemorate the Ski
World Cup in Schladming.  QSL via operators instructions.
          
FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PY0F.  Leo, PP1CZ is on vacation on Fernando de
Noronha, IOTA SA-003, from January 15 to 21.  He will be QRV as
PY0F/PP1CZ.  Activity will be in his free time using CW, SSB and
RTTY on the HF bands, with a focus on 160 and 80 meters using only
CW.  QSL to home call.

POLAND, SP. Janusz, SP9YI will be QRV with special event call sign
HF0A from January 15 to February 28 to celebrate the 10th Arctic
Activity Week.  QSL to home call.
     
PALAU, T8.  Mike, JA6EGL, Yas, JA6UBY and Yu, JE6DND are QRV as
T88SM, T88CP and T88HK respectively, from Koror Island, IOTA OC-009,
until January 14.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.

BELIZE, V3.  Gerd, DJ4KW is QRV as V31YN until January 24.  Activity
is on 160 to 10 meters.  QSL to home call.

LORD HOWE ISLAND, VK9L.  Operators JA3ARJ, JA3BZO, JA3HJI, AE6XY,
W7AVO and W7PBL are QRV as home calls /VK9L until January 18.
Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

NORFOLK ISLAND, VK9N.  Lee, VK3GK is QRV as VK3GK/9 until January
15.  Activity is in his spare time on 80 to 10 meters using SSB and
some CW.  QSL to home call.

VIET NAM, XV.  Sei, JA7LU and Hiroo, JA2VWG will be QRV as XV4LU and
XV4DD, respectively, from Phu Quoc Island, IOTA AS-128, from January
12 to 16.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using SSB and RTTY.

EL SALVADOR, YS.  Roberto, I2JIN is QRV as YS3CW from Corinth until
January 31.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using mainly CW.  QSL to
home call.

CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  Pet, K8PGJ will be QRV as ZF2PG from Grand
Cayman from January 12 to 20.  Activity will be holiday style on 20
to 10 meters using mainly SSB.  This includes an entry in the
upcoming North American SSB QSO Party.  QSL to home call.

OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is
approved for DXCC Credit:  Conway Reef, 3D2C, 2012 operation.  If
you had cards previously rejected for this operation please send an
email to bmoore@arrl.org to be put on a list for an update.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC CW Sprint
Ladder, Old New Year Contest, SKCC Weekend CW Sprintathon, MI QRP
January CW Contest, UK DX BPSK63 Contest, WW PMC Contest, North
American CW QSO Party, DARC 10-Meter Contest and the NRAU-Baltic CW
and SSB Contest are all on tap for this upcoming weekend.  The
NAQCC-EU Monthly CW Sprint is scheduled for January 14.  The AWA
Linc Cundall Memorial CW Contest and QRP CW Fox Hunt are scheduled
