This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

MADAGASCAR, 5R.  Gaby, DF9TM, Frank, DL2SWW and Baldur, DJ6SI are
QRV as 5R8UJ, 5R8UR, and 5R8GC, respectively, from Nosy Be, IOTA
AF-057, until January 12.  Activity is on the HF bands.  QSL to home
calls.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Rolf, DL8AZ is QRV as 8Q7AZ from Meerufenfushi
Island, IOTA AS-013, until January 11.  Activity is holiday style on
40 to 10 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Per-Olof, SM5EPO is QRV as D44TBT from Sal Island,
IOTA AF-086, until January 12.  Activity is on the HF bands.  QSL to
home call.

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA.  The DARC club from Herten is QRV
during 2017 with special event call sign DK60HERTEN to celebrate its
60th anniversary.  QSL via bureau.

SOUTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Erik, K7ADD is QRV as E51ADD from Rarotonga
Island, IOTA OC-013, until January 9.  Activity is on 160 to 10
meters using SSB and RTTY.  QSL direct to home call.

HUNGARY, HA.  Special event station HG17EYOF is QRV until August 31
to celebrate the European Youth Olympic Festival, an
every-other-year event for youth athletes from 48 member countries,
that is being held in Gyor from July 23 to 29.  QSL via operators'
instructions.

ALAND ISLANDS, OH0.  Special event call sign OF0TA is QRV until
January 8 to commemorate Finland's independence 100 years ago.
Activity is on 160, 80 and 30 meters.  QSL via operator's
instructions.

ARUBA, P4.  Ed, W0YK is QRV as P49X from Pos Chiquito until January
9.  Activity is on the HF bands.  This includes an entry in the ARRL
RTTY Roundup contest.  QSL to home call.

BONAIRE, PJ4.  Peter, PA8A will be QRV as PJ4B from January 8 to 25.
Activity will be holiday style on 40 to 10 meters.  QSL direct to
home call.

PALAU, T8.  Kazuyoshi, JH6WDG is QRV as T88AQ from Koror Island,
IOTA OC-009, until January 13.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using
CW, SSB and various digital modes.  QSL to home call.

GUATEMALA, TG.  Dick, DJ2EH will be QRV as TG9/DJ2EH from January 10
to 24.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW and RTTY.  QSL to
home call.

BELIZE, V3.  Rich, K8NDS will be QRV as V31RF from January 9 to
February 6.  Activity will be on 40, 20 and 17 meters using SSB.

MICRONESIA, V6.  Operators JA3ARJ, JH3LSS, JA3AVO, JH3PBL and W7AYA
are QRV as V63ARJ, V63LSS, V63AVO, V63PBL, and V63AYA, respectively,
from Pohnpei Island, IOTA OC-101, until January 22.  Activity is on
160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  QSL to
home calls.

CANADA, VE.  Members of the Yukon Canam Contest Club are QRV with
special event call sign XK150YUKON until March 1 to celebrate
Canada's 150th state anniversary.  QSL via KC1CWF.

MEXICO, XE.  Members of the radio club Queretaro are QRV with
special event call sign 6E0C until April 30 to commemorate the
ratification of the Mexican Constitution 100 years ago.  QSL via
XE1EE.

LAOS, XW.  Ken, K4ZW is QRV as XW4ZW from Vientiane until January
15.  Activity is on the HF bands, with a focus on the low bands,
using CW.  QSL via K1SE.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL RTTY Roundup, Kid's Day SSB
Contest, EUCW 160-Meter CW Contest, DARC 10-Meter Contest, NCCC RTTY
Sprint, QRP 80-Meter CW Fox Hunt, NCCC CW Sprint, PODXS 070 Club
PSKFest, SKCC Weekend CW Sprintathon, World Wide PMC Contest and the
Original QRP Contest are all on tap for this first weekend of the
new year.

The Phone Fray, CWops Mini-CWT CW Test, AWA Linc Cundall Memorial CW
Contest and QRP 40-Meter CW Fox Hunt are all scheduled for January
11.
