This week's bulletin was made possible with info provided by Tedd,
KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, DX News Sheet, The 599Rpt, 425DX News, and
Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

HEARD ISLAND, VK0.  The long awaited DXpedition to Heard Island has
already begun with the team's operations on Reunion Island.  The
team, consisting of 21 radio amateurs, will soon depart Reunion
Island aboard the French vessel Marion Dufresne.  Check your local
PacketCluster for the latest spots on VK0IR.

VIETNAM, 3W.  Unni, LA6RHA, will be active for 5 to 6 days as
3W6RHA, from 0900 to 1200z, using SSB on 14182 and 14248 kHz.  QSL
to home call.

SRI LANKA, 4S.  Bob, G3REP, is QRV as 4S7RPG.  He hopes to be on
1826.5 kHz, QSX 1837 kHz, from 2200 to 0100z for Europe, and at his
sunset at 1230z for North America.  QSL to home call.

MALAYSIA, 9M.  Dick, N4ISV, has received the call 9M2RY, and will be
QRV from here for the next several years on CW and SSB.  QSL via
N4JR.

BAHRAIN, A9.  Bob, A92GD, is active on 1834 kHz daily from 0230 to
0245z and on 1832 kHz, plus/minus 3 kHz, if there is QRM.  QSL
direct.

GUANTANAMO BAY, KG4.  Bill, WT4K, and Rusty, KG4AU, will operate as
a Multi/Single entry in the ARRL RTTY Roundup contest January 4 and
5.  They will be using Bill's call, KG4GC.  QSL to WT4K via buro or
direct.

MACQUARIE ISLAND, VK0.  Tom Stoke, VK0TS, arrived on December 17 and
although his work at the meteorological station will keep him busy,
he will try to be QRV on 14222 kHz.  QSL information is not as yet
available.

SOUTH SHETLAND, VP8.  Mark, SP3GVX, will be QRV on all bands using
SSTV and satellite as HF0POL during his year at the Henryk Arctowski
Base, King George Island.  QSL via SP3FYM.

BURKINA FASO, XT.  Hugolin, XT2HB is a new licensee here.  He is
active on 14120 kHz at 1730z and weekends on 14225 kHz at 0730z.
QSL to Dep. 01, BP 6397, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
