  • <a href="http://hotarc.org/"><b>HOTARC</b></a> set up their 2006 FD operation at <a href="http://hotarc.org/maps/field_day_site.htm">Hewitt Park</a>, in Hewitt TX. One of our HF stations operated under a pavilion, with our reliable home-made 40-meter vertical (35 feet of conduit) mounted atop the pavilion roof. (What a great ground plane!) Here <b>KC5NT</b> operates while <b>KD5SMC</b> enters the QSO into the logging program.
