ARRL Exam Session Form

Register ARRL VEC Coordinated Exam Sessions

Complete all information on this form when registering an exam session and requesting any quantity of materials for the session. Submit to ARRL VEC four weeks before the exam date.
Please note, in 2026 the ARRL VEC is going completely digital.  Printed booklets and supplies shipments are discontinued as we shift teams to the ExamTools system.  Learn More

VE TEAM LIAISON.
The VE team liaison (leader) must be an ARRL VEC accredited VE.
Extra class ARRL VEs may administer Elements 2, 3 and/or 4 at the session.
Advanced class ARRL VEs are limited to Elements 2 and/or 3.
General class ARRL VEs are limited to Element 2 only.
