GHANA, 9G. Emil, ZS6EGB will soon be QRV as 9G5ZS. Activity is on
the HF bands. QSL via operator's instructions.
ANGOLA, D2. Paulo, CT1FJZ is now QRV as D2FJZ from Benguela and
Huambo for one year while on work assignment. He is active on 80 to
10 meters using SSB mainly on the weekends and during limited times
weekdays. QSL to home call.
PHILIPPINES, DU. Alan, W7XA is QRV as DU1/W7XA from the Tagaytay
Ridge until August 27. Activity is on 20, 17 and 15 meters using
mostly CW with some SSB. QSL to home call.
NORTH COOK ISLANDS, E5. Andy, AB7FS is QRV as E51AND from
Palmerston, IOTA OC-124, for the next three weeks. Activity is on
40 and 20 meters on the ANZA net. QSL to home call.
THAILAND, HS. Dennis, K7BV, is QRV as HS0ZKS until September 2.
Activity is on the HF bands. QSL to home call.
JAPAN, JA. Special event station 8J4MANGA is QRV until November 10
during the 13th International Comic Artist Conference. In addition,
special event station 8J4SINWA is QRV during the "Japan Myth Expo"
in Shimane until November 11. QSL both stations via bureau.
EGYPT, SU. Members of the Egyptian Radio Amateurs Society are QRV
from Abu Quear, Alexandria as special event station SU30ASR until
September 2 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Arab Scouts Radio
Camp. Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB and various digital
modes. QSL via SM5AQD.
CRETE, SV9. Luc, ON6DSL will be QRV as SV9/ON6DSL/p from August 27
to September 3 while on holiday. Activity will be on the HF bands
using SSB. This includes some SOTA activity. QSL to home call.
GABON, TR. Alain, TR8CA is back here and is usually QRV on 15
meters using CW around 1600z. QSL via F6CBC.
EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event station R1000M is QRV until
September 30 in celebration of the 1000th anniversary of the Unity
of the Mordovian People with Peoples of Russia State. QSL via
RA4UVK.
MICRONESIA, V6. Yoshi, JJ8DEN is QRV as V63PR from Falalop Island,
Ulithi Atoll, IOTA OC-078, until September 3. Activity is on 160 to
10 meters using CW, RTTY, PSK31 and JT65A. QSL direct to home call.
ROMANIA, YO. A group of operators are QRV as YP1S from Sacalinu
Mare Island, IOTA EU-183, until August 29. QSL via YO9FNP.
