This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, the Weekly DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,
DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and
WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

LIBYA, 5A.  Abubaker, DL1AL is now QRV as 5A1AL from Tripoli.  He is
active on the HF bands plus 6 meters using CW, SSB and PSK.  QSL to
home call.

GHANA, 9G.  Jeff, W7JVN is QRV as 9G5AC while he and Beverly, WB7NLY
are here on missionary work.  Activity is mainly on 20 and 15 meters
using SSB.  QSL via K7JH.

MOZAMBIQUE, C9.  John, ZS5J is QRV as C91J until August 3.  Activity
is on 40, 20 and 15 meters.  QSL via operator's instructions.

REUNION ISLAND, FR.  A large group of operators will be QRV as TO1PS
from the volcano and UNESCO World Heritage site Piton de la
Fournaise on August 3 and 4.  Activity will be on all bands and
modes.  QSL via FR1GZ.

JERSEY, GJ.  Operators ON8ZZ, ON8ZL and ON5NQ are QRV as MJ/OT9Z
until August 9.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB, RTTY and
PSK with two stations.  QSL via ON8ZL.
     
SARDINIA, IS0.  Massimo, I0PNM is QRV as IM0/I0PNM from San Pietro
Island, IOTA EU-165, until August 20.  Activity is on 20 to 10
meters using SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL direct to home call.

DOMINICA, J7.  Gerry, WA6POZ is QRV as J79GF until August 7 from the
Northeast coast.  Activity is on 20, 15 and 10 meters.  This
includes a possible entry in the 10-10 International Summer SSB
contest.  QSL to home call.

BULGARIA, LZ.  Members of the Radio Club Blagovestnik are QRV using
special event call sign LZ1105PIO during August to commemorate Saint
Ioakim Osogovski.  Activity is on all bands.  QSL via LZ1KCP.

LEBANON, OD.  Special event station OD5ARMY is QRV for three days in
recognition of the Lebanese Army.  QSL via operators' instructions.

FAROE ISLANDS, OY.  Ulf, DL3UB is QRV as OY/DL3UB until August 9.
Activity is holiday style on 30, 17 and 12 meters using CW.  QSL to
home call.

GREECE, SV.  Operators SV8GXQ and SV8JTP are QRV as SX8HOMER from
Chios Island, IOTA EU-049, until August 13.  Activity is on the HF
bands using SSB and PSK.  QSL direct to SV8GXQ.

EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA.  Special event station R863LC is QRV until
October to celebrate the 1150th anniversary of Smolensk.  QSL via
R3LC.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Sergey, UX0HX, Max, UZ1HZ and Alex, UT5UY are QRV as
V5/home calls until August 8.  Activity is holiday style on 80 to 10
meters using CW and SSB.  QSL all calls via UT5UY.

CANADA, VE.  Members of the Radio Amateur Club of l'Estrie are QRV
as VC2CGJCS until August 17 for the XXIV Canada Games in Sherbrooke.
QSL via VE2RAE.

VENEZUELA, YV.  Members of the Caracas DX Group are QRV as YW5X from
Orchila Island, IOTA SA-054, until August 31.  QSL via DM4TI.

PRINCE EDWARD AND MARION ISLANDS, ZS8.  Nadia, ZS8A plans to soon be
QRV from Marion Island.  In addition, Carson, ZS8C and David, ZS8Z
are active as time permits.  QSL via operators' instructions.

OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC credit:  Sri Lanka, 4S7NZG, 2013 operation;
Somalia, 6O0LA, 2013 operation; Spratly Islands, 9M4SLL, 2012 and
2013 operations; Democratic People's Republic of the Congo, 9Q6CC,
2010 and 2011 operation; Rwanda, 9X0EME, 2013 operation;
Afghanistan, T6JM, 2012 operation; Laos, XW0YJY, 2013 operation;
Laos, XW4XR, current operation; and South Sudan, Z80ID, Special
1-Day operation for Independence day celebration on July 9, 2013.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL August UHF Contest, North
American CW QSO Party, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC
Sprint CW Ladder, TARA Grid Dip Shindig, 10-10 International Summer
SSB Contest, European HF Championship, The RSGB RoPoCo CW and the
SARL HF Phone Contest are all scheduled for this upcoming weekend.
