This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, JH6RTO, UR5WCW, 425DXnews, DXNL, QRZ
DX, The Daily DX and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

GUINEA, 3X.  Leo, UT1WL is QRV as 3XY1L while on work assignment
here until year end.  This is not a DXpedition, so activity is
during his spare time, mostly on 20 and 15 meters and later possibly
on 40 meters.  QSL via UY5XE.

TONGA, A3.  A group of German amateurs are QRV as A35SM until April
5.  Activity is on all bands.  QSL via DL8YRM.

ANGOLA, D2.  Joao, CT1BFL is QRV as D2U until February 2004.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

CEUTA AND MELILLA, EA9.  Bernd, DH1PLY is QRV as EA9/homecall from
Ceuta until March 26.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB,
RTTY and PSK31.  QSL to home call.

MARTINIQUE, FM.  Bernard, F5LBG is active as FM/F5LBG until April
12.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW.  QSL to home call.

JERSEY, GJ.  Pete, K8PT and Craig, K3PLV are QRV as MJ/homecalls
until March 24.  Activity is on all bands, with an emphasis on 160
and 80 meters, using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home calls.

SOUTH KOREA, HL.  A number of operators are QRV as D90HE from Chu-Ja
Island, IOTA AS-084, until March 24.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters.

ANTARCTICA.  Obi, JA0WJN is active as 8J1RF from Dome Fuji Station,
IOTA AN-016.

LEBANON, OD.  Pavel, OD5/OK1MU has been QRV using RTTY on 20 meters
around 1800z.  QSL via OK1TN.

ARUBA, P4.  Andy, AE6Y will be QRV as P40Y until March 30.  This
includes an entry in the CQ WPX contest.  QSL to home call.
Meanwhile, John, KK9A will be active as P40A from March 22 to April
5 from the Iguana Villa.  This includes an entry in the CQ WPX
contest.  QSL via WD9DZV.

SUDAN, ST.  A group of German amateurs are QRV as ST0RY from
Khartoum until April 1.  Activity is mostly on the low bands,
including the newer bands and 6 meters, and RTTY as well.  QSL via
DL5NAM.

DODECANESE, SV5.  Goran, SM0CMH will be QRV as SV5/SM8C from
Kalymnos, IOTA EU-001, from March 24 to April 4.  Activity will be
on 80 to 10 meters using CW.  QSL to home call.

CRETE, SV9.  Karl, DF7KHK is on holiday here until March 28.  He is
QRV as SV9/homecall on the usual CW and SSB QRP frequencies.  QSL to
home call.

COTE d'IVOIRE, TU.  David, F5THR may be QRV as TU5CD from March 23
to July 1.  QSL via F8BON.

NORFOLK ISLAND, VK9N.  Jim, VK9NS has been QRV on 40 meters using CW
from around 1100z and then 30 meters around 1130z.

CALLSIGN CORRECTION.  As reported in DX Bulletin ARLD011, the
correct callsign of the Palau operation was T88FS.  QSL via JH6RTO.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Oklahoma QSO Party and the CLARA and
Family HF Contest are all scheduled for this weekend.  The Spring
QRP Homebrewer CW/PSK31 Sprint is scheduled for March 24.  Please
