This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX, DXNL, The Weekly
DX, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM
web sites.  Thanks to all.

TUNISIA, 3V.  Ash, 3V4-002 will be QRV as 3V8SS from the Radio Club
Station of Tunisian Scouts in Sousse in the ARRL DX CW contest as a
Single Op/All Band/Low Power entry.  QSL via LX1NO.

SENEGAL, 6V.  Vladimir, RK4FF will be QRV as 6V7S from Le Calao in
Ngaparou until February 22.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using
CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

JAMAICA, 6Y.  Yuri, VE3DZ is QRV as 6Y2T until February 21.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  He will
also be active in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Single Op/All Band
entry.  QSL via VE3DZ.

BAHAMAS, C6.  Tom, N1GN and Bill, NE1B will be QRV as C6ANM from
Nassau in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via
WA2IYO.

CUBA, CO.  Luis, CO6LP will be QRV from Santa Clara, IOTA NA-015, as
a Single Op/Single Band entry on 160 meters in the ARRL DX CW
contest.  QSL direct to EA5GL.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Luis, EA8AY will be QRV as EF8USA from
Tenerife, IOTA AF-004, in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Single Op/All
Band entry.  QSL via operator's instructions.

ENGLAND, G.  Special event station M5E will be QRV from the
historical site of Marconi's original trans-Atlantic tests in
Cornwall during the ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi-2 entry.  QSL via
G0CKV.

SVALBARD, JW.  Operators Mitko, LZ1UQ and Andy, LZ2HM are QRV as
JW/home calls from Longyearbyen until February 21.  Activity is on
160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and possibly RTTY.  This includes
being entries in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL to home calls.

LUXEMBOURG, LX.  A group of operators will be QRV as LX7I in the
ARRL DX CW contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via LX2A.

ALAND ISLAND, OH0.  Tomi, OH6EI will be QRV as OH0Z in the ARRL DX
CW contest as a Single Op/All Band/High Power entry.  QSL via W0MM.

BONAIRE, PJ4.  A group of operators will be QRV as PJ4X in the ARRL
DX CW contest as a Multi/2 entry.  QSL direct to W1MD.

SURINAME, PZ.  Members of the Rochester DX Association are QRV as
PZ5RO from Paramaribo until February 21.  This includes being an
entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL via AI2N.

ICELAND, TF.  Siggi, TF3CW will be QRV in the ARRL DX CW contest
from Seltjarnarnes, IOTA EU-021, as a Single Op/Single Band entry.
QSL direct to LX1NO.
     
COSTA RICA, TI.  Marty, K2PLF, Joe, K8FC, Phil, N0KE and Gary, N0SXX
will be QRV as TI5N in the ARRL DX CW contest.  Outside the contest
they are active as TI5/home calls.  Activity is mainly on the newer
bands and using RTTY.  QSL via operators' instructions.

BELIZE, V3.  Operator AA4NC is QRV as V31RR until February 25.
Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and RTTY.  He will be
active in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Single Op/All Band entry and
also in the upcoming North American RTTY QSO Party.  QSL direct via
AI4U.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5.  Operators N7OU, W7YAQ, K7AR, and
NE7D are QRV as VP5/home calls until February 22.  Activity is on
160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  They will be active as
VP5OU in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL VP5OU via N7OU and all others
direct to home calls.

LAOS, XW.  Bruce, XW4XR will be QRV as a Single Op/All Band/Low
Power entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL via E21EIC.
     
ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8.  Operators Jim, N6TJ and Rick, N6ND are QRV
as ZD8Z and ZD8R, respectively, until February 28.  Look for ZD8Z to
be active in the ARRL DX CW contest as a Single Op/All Band/High
Power entry.  QSL ZD8Z via AI4U and ZD8R via N6ND.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL International DX CW Contest,
QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Russian World Wide PSK
Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, AWA Amplitude Modulation QSO Party will
certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The Run for
the Bacon QRP CW Contest is scheduled for February 20.  The SKCC CW
Sprint, CWops Mini-CWT CW Test and QRP CW Fox Hunt are scheduled for
