  • In CO70 just north of the 50 Degree grid line for CO70/CN79 in Campbell River on the east coast of Vancouver Island.   Good overwater shot to Seattle several hundred miles away.

Antenna farm top to bottom: 6M loop, 2M 10el, 1296 28el looper, 222 9el and 432 14el 8ft end mounted homebrew K1FO designs.  Had to leave the 903 home, TX power amp stage not working.   Solid 1.25" fiberglass rod front mast and crossboom bolted to an aluminum rectanglular stock mounted to the roof rack plus a hitch mounted rear pole withstood the miles of overgrown brush and logging road potholes.</p>
