FD 2016 was the start to an amazing Newfoundland summer.  The Maroni Radio Clubstation was 100 per cent solar powered. A spruce pole, some house wire and a RL network was used to fashion a multiband vertical and QSO's went in the log book fast and furious. Then as quickly as it started it was all over for another year... but what great fun!
