This was the first, but definitely not the last, outing for our new group, Southern Arizona DXpeditioneers. Yup, as a club, we're pretty S.A.D.!
A big part of what went right was due to keeping it simple --
One rig (with backup) - One logging 'puter (with backup) - Two antennas - Two BIG batteries -
One mic - One paddle - One straight key - 5 Hams and One Harmonic.
Then, . . . . . Work everything you can!
I suppose we won't set any point records, but we are right in there with a record good time!
And yes, there are big trees, and even rain, in Southern Arizona! -- KB7XL
