07/04/2006 | W5IU Once again the Lockheed Martin Amateur Radio Club operated from the Lockheed Martin Recreation Area. This year, we operated 3A with two CW stations, one phone, a VHF/UHF stataion, and a Satellite Station. Operations were great and the food, under the supervision of K5PHD, even better - Steaks in the middle of the night and Breakfast Buritos on Sunday morning. Photos are included of WA5QGD and KD5DAY at the Satellie Station, K5MW and AD5MN on 40 CW, and the "A Team." The "A Team" is the group that does the setup, teardown, and provides the "backbone" of the operation. The photo was taken immedately after teardown on Sunday afternoon. -- W5IU
