06/27/2006 | VA3DF Another great Field Day experience!! Perfect weather and lots of qsos. Operated from Rattlesnake Point at my usual site and used a battery powered K2 to either a vertical dipole (20 m.) or 150 foot long doublet (80 m. and 40 m.).

Good results from both antennas this year and I can't wait to make more improvements for next year.

Something real special about watching the sun come up after being on the radio all night working people all over the USA and Canada (plus some DX).
