06/25/2006 | N5LYG Well, another FD has come and gone. This year, we decided to do it a little different. We went back to the woods of Sam Houston National Forest to operate 1A. In past, we would operate 2A and not have enough ops. This year we did one hf and vhf station with 2 folded dipoles and a 440/2/6m beam.
