Living on a small lot in the city of Seattle, all my antennas are temporary. For the June VHF QSO Party I used my "Short Stack Array", a 20 ft. TV mast with 8 element N6NB Quagi for 432 MHz, 5 element yagi for 2 meters, and 3 element yagi for 6 meters; the yagis are homebrew using Cushcraft hardware. The mast sits on a rotator, and the guy ropes attach to a slip ring to allow the mast to rotate.
The conditions were great - 6 meters seemed to be open to somewhere most of the time. I was surprised by the amount of CW activity too.
Thanks for the QSOs!
