02/20/2006 | LX1KC Great contest again, vy good propagation to the west coast both on LP and SP. Unfortunately I couldn't work at all during saturday/sunday night but managed to work 52 sections and 586 stations on 40 meters during the time left. Band was opened till noon and re-opened to LP a few hours later. Still using my 2el verticals with 150 radials for 7 Mhz.
As I don't have other antennas, i tuned the array with the ant.tuner and made a few qso on 20 and 15 meters with less then 100 Watts using my other call (LX6T) as there were not much LX's this time in the contest.
Hope to have more time next year.
