01/23/2006 | N6VMO Once again I operated from the Satellite Amateur Radio Club site in CM94sp in Single OP High Power category on 50, 144, 902 and 1296.

Equipment used on 2M and 23cM:
Kenwood TS-790A with
TE Systems 1452G 350W 2M amplifier and
1x17el M2 2M5WL. 23cM with 1x22el M2 23CM22EZ.

Equipment used on 6M: ICOM IC-718 with a Ten-Tec 1208 transverter,
Mirage A1015G 6M amplifier and homebrew 1x5el.

Equipment used on 33cM: ICOM-718 with a DEMI 902-28 Transverter, 250W cellular amplifier conversion and 1x18el Tona

Had the best January VHF QSO Party score I've ever compiled.
Weather was great, except for high winds late Saturday evening. This caused me to lower the tower.

Worked a personnel record of 902MHz contacts with the following stations:
W6QIW CM94, W9EC CM94, W6PQL CM97, KJ6KO CM98 and W6XD/R DM05.
We need to get more activity on this band for next June.

Looking forward to having a station on 220MHz and 2304Mhz in the June contest.
