01/02/2006 | KC9FAV Since I got my upgrade in March of 2005 I have been a CW operator and LOVING it!!!
This is my first SKN that I had participated in and it was very nice to make the contacts that I had.

Since the family and I had things to do, I wasn't able to make all the contacts that I could have.

I made only 3 or 4 contacts, but they were "Quality" contacts.

I think that these guys that I talked with will be considered some of my BEST friends!!!

I normally use Paddles and the SK was a challenge but with practice and time I am sure I will be good to go for the next SKN.
