2005 ARRL 10 Meter Contest

It was cruel and unusual punishment on friday evening to hear all the stations warming up before the contest,..then total silence when the clock struck 0000 hrs. The band didn't open till 17 or 1800z saturday.
Lots of USA and Canada. Seemed like the whole of Ohio, Illinois and New York was on the air, thanks for the many contacts guys. Didn't hear anything from the west coast till late Sunday. Europe was silent.
Worked one F5, two EA8's ,5U7 and 6W8. S9SS was a pleasant surprise and also ZD8I who called me late sunday, thanks again guys. Had lots of fun but ragchewers made it difficult at times. 599 QSO's (spent the last 2 hours calling and scanning up and down the band for #600 to no avail), and 70 Multipliers for 83,860 points using a TS-520S , 100 WATTS and Mosley T-33 / Hustler 6BTV Antennas.
