12/04/2005 | K7CW I just moved into my new shack. Moving my equipment into the shack, I found that the coax to my 160 meter inverted vee was long enough to reach all the way to the new operating position. So I thought I'd try the contest. I have only 100 watts on Top Band, so I entered in the low power category. I found the conditions better on Friday, and I got VY2ZM, which encouraged me to make an effort. I did manage to nab 6Y0A and P40TA on Saturday. NP4A was loud out here in Western Washington, but I couldn't get through to them. I missed both Pacific openings in the mornings. Slept in both times.

I ended up with 310 Qs for 624 points and 66 mults. My claimed score will be 41,184.
