07/26/2005 | W1HIS We recreated/reenacted the field wireless station of Headquarters Company, 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion, in Normandy, France, June 1944. Our radios, accessories, generator, uniforms and other military kit were original. Our antennas, feedlines, and masts were period-correct recreations.
