07/12/2005 | KE8RV Bob Lewis - N8GU - Field Day Coordinator for the Madison County Amateur Radio Club in Ohio, demonstrates an alternative use of amateur radio for bonus points. Once again he flew a radio controlled airplane on 6 meters. Unlike last year, this plane did not crash!!! Amazingly, all the rf floating around the Field Day site did not effect the micro-receiver on board this electric powered aircraft. -- N8GU -- N8GU
