07/04/2005 | W1EE This year was an improvement over last year, but we left ourselves with plenty of room to grow so we won't top out anytime soon. We ran solar-battery power so most of our points came from a couple great cw ops Paul N1II and John AE5X. We avoided last years mistake of setting a screen house over a yellow jackets' nest. Our new secret weapon was the air cannon for getting the antennas well up in the air. -- K1FC
