Don Lynch, W4ZYT,  has issued an invitation to “all CW operators, Morse mavens, [and] code aficionados” to gather June 5-7 in the Washington, DC, area for the “annual North American CW Weekend.” This is a month later than previous events.

According to Lynch, the event “is primarily aimed at Amateur Radio operators with an interest in CW operation, but is open to any person with an interest in Morse code communication.”

Registration is $25. He said that many members of the First Class CW Operator’s Club (FOC), the CW Operators Club (CWOPS), FISTS, SKCC, and the Morse Telegraphy Society attend. A tour of the “world-famous W3LPL contest station” may be arranged.
