The Logbook of The World (LoTW) queue has been shrinking steadily since Monday, January 7, when the system was brought back online after the completion of previously announced maintenance involving the installation of a new database server equipped with solid state drives (SSDs).  

Since then, the system has been stable and, as expected, the SSDs are proving to be much faster. As of January 9, the delay between a file being uploaded and processed is about 8 days and is dropping by one day approximately every 10 hours.
