| Seems to me ARRL LOSES a lot of $$$ in snail mail out of certificates ? Some of us either are not collectors or stopped collecting. Why not build/access a table of folks NOT interested in rx a certificate ? Eg, before ARRL goes to the trouble of mailout to N4AF they could check the "no mail certificate' list. --- What if the list were 'enhanced' to also allow "green option" digital download preference ? --- Why waste money on postage to folks not wanting the certificates ?
