| Wilson, I have a an IC7000 which I purchased used with the AT 7000 autotuner in 2009 for $1000. Since 2009 I've worked over 100 countries in SSB and Digital modes from home. I am preparing to move it to my car so I can take the car down to Galveston and work DX. If you are serious about HF Contesting, I suggest you upgrade your license to General as opportunities for contesting on HF are limited for Technician class licensees. Ron, K5HM |
