| I have just installed an ICOM M803 on my boat but all I can hear from it is white noise. Once I was able to get the Colorado time signal and Alaska WX station (both very faintly). I tried disconnecting the antenna from the AT140 auto-tuner as well as its grounding - makes no difference to what I hear. Where do I look for the fault? I did most testing while moored at the marina in Bremerton and now in Neah Bay but I also tried when out at see (S of Vancouver Is.). | ||
