| One of the local emergency management offices just posted to Facebook how they were communicating between hams and public safety personnel on UHF with a Wouxun KG-UV6X. I didn't think it was legal for a radio to both communicate on public safety bands and amateur radio bands. Did I misinterpret those rules? |
