| Should the ARRL reopen the efforts and resources to invest in the Amateur Radio Parity Act and help to cause consideration to Amateur Radio Operators living under private land use restrictions to construct viable antennas? |

| The ARRL should allow a vote by the membership to permit the acceptance of eQSL cards for DXCC. |

| ARRL, maybe digitally there are some issues with linking up to the eQSL system but at least accept the printouts of eQSL cards. What is the difference if it is sent via email or snail mail. IRC's are no longer available which makes it even more difficult. Please allow this. I think this should be up to member vote. Anyone else agree? |

| If LotW were programmed to allow the creation and sending of QSL cards digitally it would be perfect. Sadly, the basic features have not grown over the years. Being a self-policing hobby, I would think we could be trusted to be honest about our QSL cards. I feel the AARL needs to either upgrade LotW to allow the digital QSL cards or accept eqsl.cc cards. |
