| Field Day is not a contest and logs, if they are submitted, are not checked. You must exchange the class and section but there is no requirement to record that information. All you need to do is ensure that you do not claim duplicate contacts. We plan to use the standard FT8 format with "3A PAC 73" in place of the standard 73 message. If the other station sends their class and section we will enter it by hand, if not we will enter 1D and guess the section as we do for stations that are not in the contest. |
