| Hello ARRL: My name is Walter,my first time at this. As of Nov 23-2017,has anyone had a very high noise level over s9? Also, have read on other forums, that military bases have been locked down as of nov. 20-2017. AS well as over seas, is this real or not? What about the other bands? Please keep up military movement.
