ARRL EME contest participation certificate

I submitted my logs for the 2012 ARRL EME contest. I was told by the ARRL contest manager that applicants should be receiving certificates for their participation in the contest around September 2013 but myself and nobody else have seen anything. Has that been discontinued? I tried contacting the ARRL several times with no response. |
